حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَيَّاشٍ، قَالَ:، ، دَخَلْنَا عَلَى أَبِي حَصِينٍ نَعُودُهُ، وَمَعَنَا عَاصِمٌ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو حَصِينٍ لِعَاصِمٍ: تَذْكُرُ حَدِيثًا حَدَّثَنَاهُ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُخَيْمِرَةَ؟ قَالَ: قَالَ: نَعَمْ، إِنَّهُ حَدَّثَنَا (١) يَوْمًا عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا اشْتَكَى الْعَبْدُ الْمُسْلِمُ، قِيلَ لِلْكَاتِبِ الَّذِي يَكْتُبُ عَمَلَهُ: اكْتُبْ لَهُ مِثْلَ عَمَلِهِ إِذْ كَانَ طَلِيقًا، حَتَّى أَقْبِضَهُ أَوْ أُطْلِقَهُ " (٢) قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: " حَدَّثَنَا بِهِ عَاصِمٌ وَأَبُو حَصِينٍ جَمِيعًا "،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "When a person who used to perform good deeds falls ill, Allah commands His guardian angels to continue recording all the good deeds that My servant used to do, every day and night, until I either cure him or call him to Myself."
