حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ رَيْحَانَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الْعَامِرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ، وَلَا لِذِي مِرَّةٍ سَوِيٍّ (٢) "، وَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ: " قَوِيٍّ " وقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ: " وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ سَعْدٌ وَلَا ابْنُهُ - يَعْنِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ - "،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "It is not permissible for a wealthy person or for a strong and able-bodied (healthy and robust) person to take zakat."
