حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، وَعَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ مَطَرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ طَلَاقٌ فِيمَا، ، لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَا عَتَاقٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ، وَلَا بَيْعٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A person does not have the right to divorce a woman whom he does not own (through marriage or purchase), nor does a person have the authority to free someone who is not his slave, nor does he have the right to sell something that does not belong to him."
