حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ يَعْنِي أَبَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمُعَقِّبَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْفُقَيْمِيُّ، [عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ] (١) ، عَنْ جُنَادَةَ بْنِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ قَتَلَ قَتِيلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ لَمْ يَرَحْ رَائِحَةَ الْجَنَّةِ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ أَرْبَعِينَ عَامًا " (٢)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever kills a dhimmi (non-Muslim under Muslim protection) will not even smell the fragrance of Paradise, although its fragrance can be perceived from a distance of seventy years."
