حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، وَحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، قَالَ حُسَيْنٌ: فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ قُتِلَ خَطَأً فَدِيَتُهُ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ، ثَلَاثُونَ بَنَاتُ مَخَاضٍ، وَثَلَاثُونَ بَنَاتُ لَبُونٍ، وَثَلَاثُونَ حِقَّةٌ، وَعَشْرٌ بَنُو لَبُونٍ ذُكُورٌ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the ruling: "Whoever is killed by mistake, his blood money will be one hundred camels, among which there will be thirty Bint Makhad, thirty Bint Laboon, thirty Hiqqah, and ten male Ibn Laboon."
