حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ: " لَا يَجُوزُ (٢) لِامْرَأَةٍ (٣)، ، عَطِيَّةٌ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that on the occasion of the conquest of Makkah, the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is not permissible for any woman to accept a gift without the permission of her husband."
