Translation

English translation

Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) once wrote a letter to the person working on his land, instructing him not to prevent anyone from excess water, because he heard the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) say: Whoever withholds excess water or excess grass from someone, Allah will withhold His grace from him on the Day of Resurrection.
