حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، عَنْ (٢) سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى مَنْ قُتِلَ خَطَأً فَدِيَتُهُ مِائَةٌ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ " (٣)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gave the ruling: "Whoever is killed by mistake, his blood money will be one hundred camels."
