حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَرَجُ (١) ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَقُصُّ إِلَّا أَمِيرٌ، أَوْ مَأْمُورٌ، أَوْ مُرَاءٍ "، فَقُلْتُ لَهُ (٢) : إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَبْلُغُنَا (٣) " أَوْ مُتَكَلِّفٌ "؟، ، قَالَ: هَكَذَا سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Only that person may deliver admonition who is a leader, or has been granted permission for it, or is a hypocrite."
