حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلَا خَائِنَةٍ " وَرَدَّ شَهَادَةَ الْقَانِعِ (١) لِأَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ، وَأَجَازَهَا لِغَيْرِهِمْ (٢)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The testimony of any treacherous man or woman is not accepted. Also, the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not accept the testimony of a servant in favor of his masters, but accepted it in favor of other people."
