حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ غُزَيٍّ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي عِلْبَاءُ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: مَرَّتْ إِبِلُ الصَّدَقَةِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: فَأَهْوَى بِيَدِهِ إِلَى وَبَرَةٍ مِنْ جَنْبِ بَعِيرٍ فَقَالَ: " مَا أَنَا بِأَحَقَّ بِهَذِهِ الْوَبَرَةِ مِنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:
The zakah camels passed by the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). He lay his hand on a hair on the side of a camel and said: “I have no more right to this hair than any Muslim.”
