حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ هُبَيْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَالِمٍ الْجَيْشَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَحِلُّ أَنْ يَنْكِحَ الْمَرْأَةَ (١) بِطَلَاقِ أُخْرَى، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يَبِيعَ عَلَى بَيْعِ صَاحِبِهِ حَتَّى يَذَرَهُ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ يَكُونُونَ بِأَرْضِ فَلَاةٍ إِلَّا أَمَّرُوا عَلَيْهِمْ أَحَدَهُمْ، وَلَا يَحِلُّ لِثَلَاثَةِ نَفَرٍ (٢)، يَكُونُونَ بِأَرْضِ فَلَاةٍ يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ صَاحِبِهِمَا " (٣)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that it is not lawful for anyone to marry a woman for the reason that another woman has been divorced. It is not lawful for a person to sell over the sale of his companion until he leaves it. And for three people who are in a foreign land (wilderness), it is necessary that they appoint one of them as a leader over themselves. And for three people who are in a wilderness, it is not lawful for two of them to whisper to each other leaving their third companion.
