حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، حَدَّثَنِي حَيْوَةُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ شُرَيْحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شُفَيٍّ الْأَصْبَحِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لِلْغَازِي أَجْرُهُ، وَلِلْجَاعِلِ أَجْرُهُ وَأَجْرُ الْغَازِي " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The warrior (ghazi) will receive only his own reward, but the one who equips the warrior will receive his own reward as well as the reward of the warrior."
