حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُرَحْبِيلُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ الْمَعَافِرِيُّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ رَافِعٍ التَّنُوخِيَّ، يَقُولُ إِنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِي، يَقُولُ: إِنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " مَا أُبَالِي مَا أَتَيْتُ "، أَوْ: " مَا أُبَالِي مَا رَكِبْتُ، إِذَا أَنَا شَرِبْتُ تِرْيَاقًا "، أَوْ قَالَ: " عَلَّقْتُ تَمِيمَةً، أَوْ قُلْتُ: " شِعْرًا مِنْ قِبَلِ نَفْسِي " (١) - الْمَعَافِرِيُّ يَشُكُّ - " مَا أُبَالِي مَا رَكِبْتُ "، أَوْ " مَا أُبَالِي مَا أَتَيْتُ " (١)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ibn Amr, may Allah be pleased with him, that he heard the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: If I have drunk an antidote to remove poison, or hung an amulet around my neck, or composed a verse of poetry on my own, then I do not mind.
