حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: " مَا رُئِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْكُلُ مُتَّكِئًا قَطُّ، وَلَا يَطَأُ عَقِبَيْهِ (٤) رَجُلَانِ " (٥)،

Translation

English translation

Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) was never seen eating while reclining, nor that two men were walking behind him.
