Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ جُرَيِّ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ: " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُضَحَّى بِعَضْبَاءِ الْقَرْنِ وَالْأُذُنِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that ‘Ali (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of AIlah (ﷺ) forbade sacrificing an animal with a broken horn or a cut-off ear.
