حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا إِسْحَاقَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ، قَالَ:، لَمَّا أَقْبَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ عَطِشَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَمَرُّوا بِرَاعِي غَنَمٍ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقُ: فَأَخَذْتُ قَدَحًا فَحَلَبْتُ فِيهِ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُثْبَةً مِنْ لَبَنٍ، فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِهِ، فَشَرِبَ حَتَّى رَضِيتُ (٢) .،
Translation
English translation
Al-Bara` said:
When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came from Makkah to Madinah, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) got thirsty. They passed by a herd of sheep, Abu Bakr as Siddeeq said: I took a cup and milked a cupful of milk for the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). I brought it to him and he drank until I was pleased,
