قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَوْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ،، ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الْبَيِّعَانِ فَالْقَوْلُ مَا قَالَ: الْبَائِعُ، وَالْمُبْتَاعُ بِالْخِيَارِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "If there is a dispute between the seller and the buyer, then the statement of the seller will be considered, and the buyer will have the choice to buy or not to buy."
