حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ،، ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُفَضِّلُ صَلَاةَ الْجَمِيعِ عَلَى صَلَاةِ الرَّجُلِ وَحْدَهُ خَمْسَةً وَعِشْرِينَ ضِعْفًا، كُلُّهَا مِثْلُ صَلَاتِهِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The superiority of prayer in congregation over prayer performed alone is twenty-five degrees, and each degree is equal to his prayer."
