Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ شَقِيقِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: " إِنِّي لَأَعْلَمُ النَّظَائِرَ الَّتِي كَانَ يَقْرَؤُهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ثِنْتَيْنِ فِي رَكْعَةٍ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that I also know such examples that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited two surahs in one rak'ah.
