حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَنَحْنُ شَبَابٌ، فَقُلْنَا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَلَا نَسْتَخْصِي؟ " فَنَهَانَا، ثُمَّ رَخَّصَ لَنَا فِي أَنْ نَنْكِحَ الْمَرْأَةَ بِالثَّوْبِ إِلَى الْأَجَلِ (١) "، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: { (٢) لَا تُحَرِّمُوا طَيِّبَاتِ مَا أَحَلَّ اللهُ لَكُمْ} [المائدة: ٨٧] (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that 'Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) said:
After the verse “So glorify the Praises of Your Lord, and ask His forgiveness. Verily, He is the One who accepts the repentance and who forgives.” (an-Nasr 110:1) was revealed Abdur Razzaq said when it was revealed (When there comes the Help of Allah (to you, O Muhammad (ﷺ) against your enemies) and the conquest (of Makkah)), the Prophet (ﷺ) would often say: "Glory and praise be to You, O Allah. O Allah, forgive me, for You are the Acceptor of repentance.”
