Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا كُنْتُمْ ثَلَاثَةً فَلَا يَتَنَاجَ (٢) اثْنَانِ دُونَ وَاحِدٍ، فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يُحْزِنُهُ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Abu Wa'il, that ‘Abdullah said:
I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). And He narrated it
