حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ شِمْرِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ الْأَخْرَمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الضَّيْعَةَ، فَتَرْغَبُوا فِي الدُّنْيَا " قَالَ: ثُمَّ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: " وَبِرَاذَانَ مَا بِرَاذَانَ وَبِالْمَدِينَةِ مَا بِالْمَدِينَةِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Abu 'Ubaidah that ‘Abdullah said:
After the two rak’ahs (i.e., in the first tashahhud), the Prophet (ﷺ) would be as if he were (sitting on) baked stones.
