حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ الْعَيْزَارِ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَمْرٍو الشَّيْبَانِيَّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا صَاحِبُ هَذِهِ الدَّارِ وَأَشَارَ إِلَى دَارِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَلَمْ يُسَمِّهِ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَيُّ الْعَمَلِ أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللهِ؟ قَالَ: " الصَّلَاةُ عَلَى وَقْتِهَا "، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: ثُمَّ أَيٌّ؟ قَالَ: " ثُمَّ بِرُّ الْوَالِدَيْنِ "، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: ثُمَّ أَيٌّ؟ قَالَ: " ثُمَّ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ "، قَالَ: فَحَدَّثَنِي بِهِنَّ، وَلَوِ اسْتَزَدْتُهُ لَزَادَنِي (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn Mas'ood (رضي الله عنه) that
He said concerning the worse, “And indeed he (Muhammad (ﷺ)) saw him (Jibril (Gabriel)) at a second descent (i.e. another time)" (an-Najm 53:13): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: l saw Jibreel at Sidratal-Muntaha, with six hundred wings; there fall from his wings things of different colours, pearls and rubies.”
