حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ آمُرَ رَجُلًا، فَيُصَلِّيَ بِالنَّاسِ، ثُمَّ آمُرَ بِأُنَاسٍ لَا يُصَلُّونَ مَعَنَا، فَتُحَرَّقَ (١) عَلَيْهِمْ بُيُوتُهُمْ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that ‘Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) said:
I prayed with The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and he stood for such a long time that I thought of doing something bad. We said: What was it? He said: I thought of sitting down.
