Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، وَعَفَّانُ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَبِي جَمْرَةَ، قَالَ عَفَّانُ: قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو جَمْرَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: " أَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَكَّةَ ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً، وَبِالْمَدِينَةِ عَشْرًا يُوحَى إِلَيْهِ، وَمَاتَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ سَنَةً " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from 'Ata' bin Yasar that he heard Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) say:
The Prophet (ﷺ) did wudoo’ then he took a piece of ment from the shoulder and ate, then he went to pray and did not do wudoo’ (again).
