حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، قَالَ: لَا أَدْرِي أَسَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، أَمْ نُبِّئْتُهُ (٢) عَنْهُ قَالَ: أَتَيْتُ عَلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ بِعَرَفَةَ وَهُوَ يَأْكُلُ رُمَّانًا، وَقَالَ: " أَفْطَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ، بِعَرَفَةَ وَبَعَثَتْ إِلَيْهِ أُمُّ الْفَضْلِ بِلَبَنٍ فَشَرِبَهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recited (out loud) in that in which he was instructed to recite (out loud) and he recited quietly in that in which he was instructed to recite quietly. "and your Lord is never forgetful” (Maryam 19:64); “Indeed in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad (ﷺ)) you have a good example to follow” (al-Ahzab 33:21).
