English translation
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that
A man gave the Prophet (ﷺ) a bottle of wine and he said: "Wine has been forbidden.” He called a man and whispered something to him and he (the Prophet (ﷺ)) said: “What did you tell him to do?” He said: I told him to sell it. He said: "The One Who forbade drinking it forbade selling it.” So it was poured away.
