Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " خَيْرُ يَوْمٍ تَحْتَجِمُونَ فِيهِ سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ، وَتِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ، وَإِحْدَى وَعِشْرِينَ "، وَقَالَ: " وَمَا مَرَرْتُ بِمَلَإٍ مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ لَيْلَةَ أُسْرِيَ بِي، إِلَّا قَالُوا: عَلَيْكَ بِالْحِجَامَةِ يَا مُحَمَّدُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that
The Prophet (ﷺ) made (a couple) engage in li’an when there was a pregnancy.
