حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ: أَنَّهُ " كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يُحْرِمَ الرَّجُلُ فِي ثَوْبٍ مَصْبُوغٍ بِزَعْفَرَانٍ قَدْ غُسِلَ، لَيْسَ فِيهِ نَفْضٌ وَلَا رَدْعٌ (٢) "، ،

Translation

English translation

It was narrated from Sa’eed bin Jubair that Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:

Thursday and what a Thursday! Then I (Sa’eed) saw his tears on his cheeks, glistening like strings of pearls. He said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Bring me the tablet and the inkpot - or the shoulder blade-and I will write for you a document, so you will not go astray after that." They said: (Do you think the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) is delirious?!
