حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ، ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُعْطِي الْمَرْأَةَ، وَالْمَمْلُوكَ مِنَ الْمَغْنَمِ، دُونَ مَا يُصِيبُ الْجَيْشُ " (٢)،

Translation

English translation

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that

The Prophet (ﷺ) used to apply antimony to his eyes every night before going to sleep, and he used to apply it to each eye three times.
