Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ حَبْتَرٍ التَّمِيمِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ " نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْخَمْرِ، وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ، وَثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ " وَقَالَ: " إِذَا جَاءَكَ يَطْلُبُ ثَمَنَ الْكَلْبِ، فَامْلَأْ كَفَّيْهِ تُرَابًا " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Abu Ghatafan said: I entered upon Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) and I found him doing wudoo’, he rinsed his mouth and nose, then he said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Rinse your nose thoroughly two or three times.”
