Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ، قَالَ: تَرَاءَيْنَا هِلَالَ رَمَضَانَ بِذَاتِ عِرْقٍ، فَأَرْسَلْنَا رَجُلًا إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَسَأَلَهُ: فَقَالَ: " إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَدَّهُ إِلَى رُؤْيَتِهِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
'Amr bin Deenar narrated that he heard Abu Ma'bad, the freed slave of Ibn 'Abbas, narrate from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه), Rawh (one of the narrators) said:
"So go and do Hajj with her."
