حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ (٣) صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَرِبَ مِنْ زَمْزَمَ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that
They debated whether the Prophet (ﷺ) was fasting on the day of 'Arafah. Ummul-Fadl sent some milk to the Prophet (ﷺ) and he drank (it).
