Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: إِنَّمَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ، أَنْ يَمْنَحَهَا أَخَاهُ، خَيْرٌ لَهُ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) instructed the boys of Banu Hashim and their weak ones to move on from Muzdalifah at night.
