حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا، وَعِكْرِمَةَ، مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، يُخْبِرَانِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: جَاءَتْ ضُبَاعَةُ بِنْتُ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي امْرَأَةٌ ثَقِيلَةٌ، وَإِنِّي أُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ، فَكَيْفَ تَأْمُرُنِي كَيْفَ أُهِلُّ؟ قَالَ: " أَهِلِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي: أَنَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ حَبَسْتَنِي ". قَالَ: فَأَدْرَكَتْ (٢) .، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that
The Prophet of Allah (ﷺ) on the day of Khaibar forbade (eating) every bird that has talons and every animal that has fangs.
