Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي زِيَادٌ، أَنَّ صَالِحًا، مَوْلَى التَّوْأَمَةِ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ الرَّحِمَ شُجْنَةٌ آخِذَةٌ بِحُجْزَةِ الرَّحْمَنِ، يَصِلُ مَنْ وَصَلَهَا، وَيَقْطَعُ مَنْ قَطَعَهَا " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn Abi Mulaikah said: Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said to ‘Urwah bin az-Zubair:
O ‘Urayyah, ask your mother, didn't your father come with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and exit ihram?
