Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " إِذَا اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِي الطَّرِيقِ، ، فَاجْعَلُوهُ سَبْعَ (١) أَذْرُعٍ، وَمَنْ سَأَلَهُ جَارُهُ أَنْ يَدْعَمَ عَلَى حَائِطِهِ، فَلْيَفْعَلْ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that
The Prophet (ﷺ) used to send him with his family to Mina on the Day of Sacrifice to stone the Jamrah with the dawn.
