Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ قَارِظِ بْنِ شَيْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي غَطَفَانَ، قَالَ: دَخَلْتُ عَلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فَوَجَدْتُهُ يَتَوَضَّأُ، فَمَضْمَضَ، ثُمَّ اسْتَنْشَقَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اثْنَتَيْنِ (٣) ، أَوْ ثِنْتَيْنِ بَالِغَتَيْنِ، أَوْ ثَلَاثًا " (٤)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:
I looked at the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and I saw him prostrating with his arms spread, and I saw the whiteness of his armpits.
