حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَحَجَّاجٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَطَاءً الْخُرَاسَانِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، أَنَّ خَوْلَةَ بِنْتَ حَكِيمٍ السُّلَمِيَّةَ ـ وَهِيَ إِحْدَى خَالَاتِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ـ سَأَلَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَحْتَلِمُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لِتَغْتَسِلْ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Khawlah bint Hakim (may Allah be pleased with her) that she asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about this issue: If a woman experiences in a dream the same condition that a man experiences, what is the ruling? The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "She should perform ghusl (ritual bath)."
