Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَيَّانَ الْأَسَدِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ بِجَادٍ،، ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " رُدُّوا السَّائِلَ وَلَوْ بِظِلْفِ شَاةٍ مُحْرَقٍ أَوْ مُحْتَرِقٍ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Umm Bajid (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Place something in the hand of the beggar, even if it is a burnt hoof."
