Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ هُبَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ، سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: "، ، اتَّقُوا الْمَلاعِنَ الثَّلاثَ " قِيلَ: مَا الْمَلاعِنُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: " أَنْ يَقْعُدَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي ظِلٍّ يُسْتَظَلُّ فِيهِ، أَوْ فِي طَرِيقٍ، أَوْ فِي نَقْعِ مَاءٍ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever you find doing the action of the people of Loot, kill the one who does it and the one to whom it is done."
