حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ (٣) بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ غَنَّامٍ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ أُمِّ أَبِيهِ الدُّنْيَا (٤) ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ أُمِّ فَرْوَةَ - وَكَانَتْ مِمَّنْ بَايَعَ - أَنَّها سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَذَكَرَ الْأَعْمَالَ، فَقَالَ: " إِنَّ (٥) أَحَبَّ الْعَمَلِ إِلَى اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ تَعْجِيلُ الصَّلَاةِ لِأَوَّلِ وَقْتِهَا " (٦)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Umm Farwah (may Allah be pleased with her) that a person asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about the most virtuous deed, so the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "To perform the prayer at its earliest time."
