حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، بِمِثْلِ هَذَا: شَهِدَ عِنْدِي رِجَالٌ مَرْضِيُّونَ (٣) .،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn `Abbas said:
Good men, among whom was `Umar bin al-Khattab, and the best of thern in my view is `Umar, testified before me that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: `There is no Prayer after two prayers: after Fajr until the sun has risen, and after ‘Asr until the sun has set.` Qatadah narrated a similar report from Abul-`Aliyah from Ibn `Abbas: Good men testified...
