Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Umm Hani that once the Prophet (peace be upon him) passed by me, so I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have become old and weak. Please tell me a deed that I can do while sitting?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Say Subhan Allah one hundred times, for it is equal to freeing one hundred slaves from among the descendants of Ismail. Say Alhamdulillah one hundred times, for it is equal to equipping one hundred horses with saddles and bridles for the Mujahideen in the way of Allah. Say Allahu Akbar one hundred times, for it is equal to sacrificing one hundred camels with collars that have been accepted. And say La ilaha illallah one hundred times, for it fills the space between the earth and the sky, and no deed on that day can surpass it except one who does the same as you have done."
