حَدِيثُ رُمَيْثَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا (١)، ٢٦٧٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ الْمَاجِشُونِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ رُمَيْثَةَ، قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: وَلَوْ أَشَاءُ أَنْ أُقَبِّلَ الْخَاتَمَ الَّذِي بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ مِنْ قُرْبِي مِنْهُ، لَفَعَلْتُ يَقُولُ: " اهْتَزَّ لَهُ عَرْشُ الرَّحْمَنِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى " يُرِيدُ سَعْدَ بْنَ مُعَاذٍ يَوْمَ تُوُفِّيَ (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Rumaisa that I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say that at the death of Saad bin Muadh, the Divine Throne shook. At that time, I was so close to the Prophet (peace be upon him) that if I wished to kiss the Seal of Prophethood between his shoulders, I could have done so.
