حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ حُدَيْجٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي الثَّوْبِ الَّذِي يَنَامُ مَعَكِ فِيهِ؟ قَالَتْ: " نَعَمْ، مَا لَمْ يَرَ فِيهِ أَذًى " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Amir Muawiyah that I asked Umm Habibah (may Allah be pleased with her), "Did the Prophet (peace be upon him) use to pray in those clothes in which he slept with you?" She replied, "Yes! Provided that no impurity was visible on them."
