English translation
It is narrated from Juwayriya that once, in the morning, the Prophet (peace be upon him) came to me while I was reciting tasbihat. After a while, the Prophet (peace be upon him) left for some work, and then returned at midday and said, "Have you been sitting here since then?" I replied, "Yes." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Shall I not teach you such words that if their weight is compared to all the tasbihat you have recited, their scale will outweigh them? And they are: Subhan Allah ‘adada khalqihi (three times), Subhan Allah zinata ‘arshihi (three times), Subhan Allah rida nafsihi (three times), Subhan Allah midada kalimatihi (three times)."
