حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عَائِشَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ مَوْلًى لِأُمِّ (١) سَلَمَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أُمَّ سَلَمَةَ، تَقُولُ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِذَا صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ حِينَ يُسَلَّمَ (٢) : " اللهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا (٣) ، وَعَمَلًا مُتَقَبَّلًا " (٤)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to supplicate after the Fajr prayer: O Allah! I ask You for beneficial knowledge, accepted deeds, and lawful sustenance.
