حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، مِثْلَهُ (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that
A young virgin came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and told him that her father had given her in marriage even though she was reluctant, and the Prophet (ﷺ) gave her the choice.
